Privacy at Faith Trail Kids™
Version: 2026-09-02
Operator: To be finalized before paid production
Faith Trail Kids™ is designed around an adult-owned parent account. Child profiles are internal profiles managed by the parent and are not public accounts.
Information we are designed to collect
For parents: account email, password credential, account preferences, subscription state and support/transaction records. For child profiles: a nickname, age group, avatar choice, preferred language, learning progress, quiz results, favorites and rewards.
Information we do not require from children
We do not require a child email address, phone number, school, home address, precise location, public profile, child-to-child messaging or child photo.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the service, personalize age-appropriate learning, save progress, provide parent insights, secure accounts, manage subscriptions and improve the product using minimized first-party product events.
Children's advertising
Child Mode is designed without behavioral advertising, public comments, direct messaging or advertising profiles. Marketing and billing functions belong to Parent Mode.
Service providers
The production service may use infrastructure, payment, email and media-delivery providers. Before launch, the operator must list the actual provider categories and ensure contracts and settings match the published policy.
Parent controls
Parents can review family data, export it and request account deletion in the protected Privacy Center. Parents can also manage optional parent email preferences.
Retention
Faith Trail Kids™ should retain personal information only while reasonably necessary for the service, legal obligations, security or dispute resolution, then securely delete or de-identify it according to the production retention schedule.
Contact
Privacy questions: Privacy contact will be published before paid production.
Important launch note
This product template intentionally minimizes child data, but the final production operator must review the actual data flows, vendors, consent method, privacy notice and retention schedule before public launch.
